Finally the official Twitter share button has been announced

The official Twitter share button has been finally released. It will replace the Tweetmeme button most websites use today. Tweetmeme required users to connect their Twitter accounts to Tweetmeme before they could share a page making the tweet a little more complicated than it should be.
The official Twitter button is faster, simpler and prettier. Most importantly after the tweet in the pop-up window the user is invited to follow the Twitter account of the site, which helps website owners find more relevant and valuable followers.
The new twitter button is available in three formats and five languages. You can customise the default text of the tweet and the URL it displays.
Go ahead test it the new button with the little bird on the right and see how it works.

I have to say Ivan that I dislike the placement of your social sharing buttons. Feel like they get squished in and lost on the sidebar, plus they don't feel a part of whatever article it is you are reading. I think they would be better used appearing inside of the post next to or underneath the subscribe link.
