what to charge for a pdf??

i have a wedding planner that i usually do wedding invitation work for... she asked me to do a street sign that will be used for the wedding reception as table top place holders - i do not have to print them - she gave me a pdf template and i just need to change out the names on the street signs - its a total of 20... what would one charge for something like this???

base it on your time. when you calculate bids, what do you figure your hourly rate at? apply that to how long it will take to do this.

Charge for your time, as well as any lost work from giving your print file away to your client.

Post a standard rate sheet on your website like we do so there wont be any questions from your clients.
