What is the correct term...

...for the last word of a paragraph that sits on its own on the last line?
I was thinking along the lines of Widow or Orphan, but they are actually to do with the whole line and not just the single word.
Is there a name for this lost word??
Thanks
Jack
Orphan is correct, I believe
Orphan refers to the fewer than three words required at the last line of a paragraph.

widow and orphan can refer
widow and orphan can refer to either at the beginning/end of a paragraph or the beginning/end of a page.
Widows and Orphans
A widow is a very short line – usually one word, or the end of a hyphenated word – at the end of a paragraph or column. Like a widow, an orphan is a single word, part of a word or very short line, except it appears at the beginning of a column or a page.

I've always been told to refer to them as orphans. Widow is new to me!

I've always called it an Orphan
A widow is the last line of a paragraph that wraps to the top of the next column.
Both are to be avoided.
