I'll post this in the weblink section, but I would really like feedback on what you think of this website:
http://www.logoconsulate.com/logo-logo-design-circular-1712.html
One of our AE's (who thinks hes an artist) sent this to us in the department today.
"An interesting site that may have much inspiration for logo development.
Choose a "style" in the column on the left then look at all the
variations. Quite interesting."
:P
Makes me sad.
I feel the same way about this site as any other template site - it's taking originality out of identity, and work from graphic designers.

Perfectly Lost Designs
meh..
i'm not worried, just like the 20 or so other logo sites i've ever seen, or the "turn a .doc into a website INSTANTLY, or any other too good to be true sites.
i've said it before, i'll easily say it again. if my client comes in and says "yeah but i can get a logo from logoconsulate.com for cheaper then yours" then i reply..."go for it, but does it really identify you uniquely? cause those sure are generic and far from personalized."
if they want to use that, they will, the real clients will hire designers.

you may want to think more "outside the box" when designing your own logo???
