probably one of the best freeby online tools i've used time and time again...
i tried to link your image into it, but it's going nuts, strip off the blue outline and then try it. best of luck

Most sports logos use 'custom' created letters.
If you ask on the logo forums over at Chris Creamer's Sportslogos you may find someone who knows the designer.
