I am really wonder and really need to ask for advices. I was thinking to get a job in big agency to gain more experience and reality check. Currently, I am working in one design agency.
I wonder, if there is not job advertising that post in that company. But, I am really wanna to try to apply a job in that agency. Do you all think that, its better for me to send my resume personally with my portfolio or send through email to their hr? Or may be don't try at all =( ...Which one actually works more for you?. Please kindly give me your thoughts...

I wouldn't send something
I wouldn't send something unsolicited. Try to get to know someone at the company; you could even call their HR department to see if they are hiring or would be open to seeing your work.
Whatever you send them, be prepared that you won't get it back but make it as easy as possible to have that happen. Enclose a self-addressed and metered/stamped envelope/box for them to use should you get the chance to send them your work.
Better yet, create a portfolio website online.

Powerpoint is not a design application
I guess so...
Thanks for the advices, its really help. I think online port is a good idea to start with...=)
If your going to send it at
If your going to send it at all send it personally because that shows that you actually went out of your way to send them your info instead of sending it from your home at your own leisure time
Your comment is confusing.
Your comment is confusing. Do you mean hand deliver the portfolio to the prospective employer?
