I have a friend that brings me graphic design work from time to time. I would like to pay him a "Finders Fee". What is a standard percentage to pay out?

As far as I know it's up to your agreement, but the most common is 10%.
I agree with 10% though if there are a lot of projects, and high paying you might want to just give a set rate, maybe $200 per project on projects of $2000 or more. It is arbitrary.
