What's a good service for accepting electronic signatures?

I have a client who I need to sign a contract. They don't have a scanner to sign, scan and email the document back to me. I don't have a fax machine. Instead of mailing a signed document, has anyone used a service online that lets someone "sign" a document? Of course there's always giving your approval via email but I was looking for something a little more official.
