Where can I print dog tag business cards from....

I am wondering where I can get "dog tag" business cards printed from.
I seen the dog tag one on this site posted up and i have not come across something like that...

I want to know if anybody can tell me where I can get something like that done,
I'm from Australia, so I hope that won't be a problem.

If someone can help me out here that would be greatly appreciated.
