Why are podcasts soooo boring ??
tripdragon (416 pencils) | Sun, 2005-08-07 20:11I like the idea of ipod radio cept I have always hated radio which is why I got an ipod in the first case... But podcasts are just plain dull... Should we create some kind of "do us all a service" rules ? Much like design and code you have structure, method and goals. Podcats are just people talking... Yawn..
These are just my thoughts on the whole hype :D And ya I plan to do my own, but ugh I now know what "not" to do... :p Anyone know of something robust, I tried the ones on the font page and I am dead asleep with them..??

Well.. the nice thing about podcasts is that if you don't like what you hear, you can go make your own and show people how much better it is. Granted... I'm not really sure what you're aiming for... most podcasts tend to be people talking because that's the format it's based on: talk radio. I'm sure more interesting uses will arise, given time... this is still very much in its' infancy.
You're probably the one on a party who says something like: "You guys are so boring - just talking. Let's dance!" :D
d@m right on the nail :D

Please learn to use lighting powder then ! :D No shiny greasey faces..
Sorta like this, when A movie has a scene in it that is trying to convey bordom to tell a story, if that scene goes on to long the film it'self becomes boring...
:D
