only thing that bugs me is the lower side of the string that goes over the top left part of the Y... while the top part of it makes sense, and you can see where it goes to the other side, the bottom part really goes nowhere... if it would go so far down, you would see it on the right side.
I agree with Larusson regarding the bottom left part of the knot... seems like you could just end it where the Y lines intersect (if that makes sense-- like on the top right part of the knot). That way, it will look more like the Y is a knot.

i think the concept is cute. but pink isnt the color.
btw, a gay pub in singapore has the name 'why not' too.
This topic has been brought back to life so I'll ask what i've been dying to ask: What is an "internal motivational initiative"??? It sounds like a fancy term for "something I did for fun"...
Don't mean to be crass, but the question I asked myself upon seeing this logo was "Why?" Not sure what the logo represents at all. The Pink usually is linked to Breast Cancer Awareness; at least in the states.
Wow. When I saw this, the first thing that popped in my head was tubal ligation, and the question and the colour usages just kind of reinforced that initial thought with me.
ttfn!

I really like it :) The pink is interesting but it's a kinda trendy color these days..
Great job :)
Does Knot have anything to do with the subject matter...? Just curious.
I like it alot, though its harder to judge the less you know about the initiative or project.
Best

I don't like the color. The image itself is really cool!
Nice job.

I am pretty sure it was for a poster for the Art Directors Club of NY a few years back but the bottom was a pencil tip.
Was it also called "why not"?
maybe it was Y knot? ;-)
