I think the 8 works well with the symbol through it, but not sure about the rough treatment of it though. It would be useful to have a description to go with this too.

I have always been a fan of white space in design. It always make the ad/flyer pop when there's more white space. It's very eye-catching and appealing. However, since you didn't post anything about it and I don't read Arabic, I don't really know what it's about. I guess once I get a description, I will understand it more?

Otherwise, aesthetically it works.
