the hole hole in the back looks very fake.
why did you use so much yellow on her legs/arms?
i would use a desaturated photo only and color the flame.

hi! nice concept. though the cracks and the hole needs a bit more of depth.
you can do it with burn tool or just brushing in some little shadow inside to create an illusion.
you're almost there. :-D
