Nice. I would have probably made that top bar a monotone of either the green or brown rather than black, though.

I agree that the title bar seems out of place, being that it looks grayscale. It seems also like you have some hierarchy issues, there is no distinction between the type on the left side, I can't tell if there is a title, or subtitle, or what part the body copy is. I think i also disagree with the font, it is very weak and techie. There is also hierarchy issues with the right side column.

I like the colors. I like the decors.
Here are my comments:
1. I think there is white spacing issue on the right column.
2. The "NOW OPEN!" doesn't look right.
3. The header image looks very washed out. Maybe make even more abstract, so that one doesn't have the urge to look for details.
4. The two lines with little boxes below the header on both sides are little out of place.

The only thing I suggest, is to to do something about the photograph, maybe put it an angle 15 or 30, or any other variation. The design is excelent but it needs somehting.... it's too Square.

I think you need some title headers or something. They should be the same font as the nice one you've used for the address and terms of service at the bottom. I also think the course image should extend from one edge of the type to the other instead of being centre aligned.
