I don't understand why you should be limited to a number of DBs if theay are running Apache and MySQL? It doesn't cost them anything for the physical product.

Also I have worked on clients who have 1&1 and there is a limit to how many tables and rows within. Which I just think is insane.

I got 1.5gig space, 330gig transfer, unlimited MySQL, unlimited subdomains, PHP 4 & 5, unlimited IMAP email, Python, shell access, SSL. All for a bargain price.

I don't know why everyone just doesn't do the same.

..there is no such limit, and I'm still trying to find a use for 10 MySQL db's. What host are you on?

Brilliant. I have 14 Dbs at the moment. running a few blog sites for friends and some of those are also running Gallery2 and PHPList which both prefer a seperate DB.
