Hi Salmanulmulk, well I think this needs to be developed way more. The brush strokes are way too abstract, and I can connect on why you need them for a rental co. Also you can lose the drop shadow on the big word, it's not needed. And your hierarchy seems to be backwards, I would switch them. Keep working this.
Although I agree this isn't working, there is something in this design that interests me, and that is the red shape -- not the line under the rental company's name, but the part above that and to the left. It's like a stylized bird in flight. I wonder what would happen if you got rid of everything else and worked with that as a concept.
