Pastor is the same in English or Spanish - shepherd or priest. The name doesn't seem to go with the fun vibe of the type. El is just "the", I don't know why it's so huge and important in comparison. (and in a serif font)
But its not pastor as in any of that: it's pastor as in tacos! If it were a logo for some religious event than I see your point.

I love the Pastor part but I think the El contrasts a bit too much.

Love it! but "el" is perhaps too big: the focus should go to "Pastor". Love what you did here dude, it IS fun but not goofy. I'd go eat a couple tacos to that place just from this logo.
