The tonality is good. Perhaps you can change the Yahoo logo, make the "oo"-s the balloons and let them fly.
Btw, are you allowed to use their trademark?
what ivan said. if you use a derivative of their logo, they will likely ask you to take it down once they find your site. that's a serious trademark infringement there.
is the "oo" in yahoo supposed to look like eyes? or boobs? i saw boobs first.
i read it as yahoo rewind laughs, why the << ?
16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!

in maths the < symbol means that everything that comes before it is smaller than what comes after. It kinda reads that laughs is bigger than yahoo?

Or, "Yahoo is less than laughs"
No no, I'm sure it means Laughs rewinds to Yahoo.

Lose the balloons and <<, turn the "O"s into zany crossed eyeballs, and curve the word LAUGHS into a smile. MAYBE add in some thick bushy eyebrows...
This will void the tit confusion gwells is having with it! ;)

Sounds like the entire idea is trademark infringement. Everything on yahoo is copyrighted, I'm sure. Therefore you can't just take their yucks and repackage them.
