Despite the crisis, Adris Group has had a successful business year 2008, so they wanted to show it off with their annual report. Phosphorus is somewhat radioactive, but the levels are so low it won't hurt anyone. But I'm not sure about this. Need to look it up.
It could be e-paper, which is operated by a small battery and it's a special led technology.

I think this glowing Idea will "Glow" better in forest guide or camping book or in naughty books for teens which they read under the quilt. It may can also go with 'Mills & Boons' series for war gone soldiers.
