Did anyone elses movie open up in the cb widget, it didn't quite play correctly, but wondered if this is intentional or a bug? It's version 2 if that helps.
Ta for the link, saves downloading the whole keynote!

I've never even heard of SDD RAM. But I do know it's hard to find. Google it and several of the top results are forum posts of people asking if anyone knows where to buy SDD RAM.
I'm just guessing that it's just smaller, faster access RAM that runs cooler, etc.

It's a harddrive based on Flash storage technology. No moving parts and lightweight. But there are also disadvantages e.g. limited write cycles. More at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solid_state_disk

I've heard that flash based hard drives may be able to "instant boot" so that start up is instantaneous. I could also just be high on cranberry juice, however.
Flash based hard drives are probably the future... but until they can get the capacity up where standard hard drives are (or beyond), I'll be using the old school mechanical discs..

I like the MBA very much! I have one question though... SDD RAM what are the benefits. It's very expensive, is it worth it?
