I really like the bottom half of this. I would just make the drop shadow things a bit darker so they don't compete so much with the actual text. Kern the last a in to the z.
The disco ball is weird. I didn't even realize that is what it is until I looked at all the other pictures you've attached. Maybe cut it off at the top or something? I don't know.
I like the floor, but not the disco ball. Also, maybe get rid of the reflection at the bottom of the name. Instead of a disco ball, maybe have club lights breaking through in the background and a silhouette of people dancing.

I LOVE the play of lights on the ground due to the disco ball...but the ball itself needs MASSIVE work..it looks like a ball of yarn.
