I found it really interesting to listen to Jobs speak outside one of his keynotes. His keynotes might have earned him the reputation of being a master salesmen but you can really see that he's a guy that understands the technology both where it is and where it's going. The video also shows some of his negative sides, as he's very quick to brush off things he's not interested in. I can imagine it be very hard to work with him especially if you dare to find yourself not on the same page as him.
That seems to be the one knock against him - that he can be hard to work with. To which I say you can't argue with genius. If Jobs listened to every opinion and took everything into consideration - Apple wouldn't be Apple - it would be Dell.
