Remove unnecessary languages and more

Almost two years ago I wrote a post about how to free up space on your hard disk. Now, there is an application that can help you free up even more space.
I guess as hard drives grow above 100 MB, saving space is less and less relevant. But if you still want to strip off a couple of gigs from your machine you can try Monolingual as TUAW notes.
Monolingual not only removes languages for you, but also removes the unnecessary parts of applications that will not be needed for your machine to run. For example the Intel parts if you have a PPC. Or vica versa.
It also removes input languages if you want. I would recommend against that however. You never know if you need some strange input language.
Warning: Adobe's newer applications have a self-heal feature which checks for the existence of certain files and refuses to launch the application if one of those files is missing. This feature does not distinguish between files that are critical components of the program and those files which are not needed, e.g. localization files. Therefore, you should exclude Adobe's from being processed by Monolingual. Open Monolingual's preferences window, add "/Applications/Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional" (for example) and deselect the checkbox next to the item.
Warning 2: Some users reported problems with Rosetta applications on their Intel Macs. I have not experienced such problems, but don't tell me I didn't warn you!
Oh, btw that icon. Is somebody getting into trouble?

It's handy, but be careful you lot on intel macs. Read other's experiences. (Most have to do with removing the G4/G5 architecture.)
Used it without trouble myself, I guess a bit of care goes a long way with this app. :)
I ran Monolingual and here are the results of my experience, I reclaimed 2 MB+ of disk space. Which when you only have 60 GB it does matter (even if only a little).

If you live in Adobe Apps be careful about removing US English & English. I have seen many people have problems with Photoshop when removing English and/or US English. I always keep British English, English and US English and have never had a problem.

I ran it, keeping all forms of English, Ukrainian, Russian as well as the Cyrillic keyboard layout. I lost just under 1GB Oh, and I did not have it go through the applications folder. I remove extra languages there myself.
Just FYI: I removed extra languages from Linotype Font Explorer and it freaked out. Had to download it and install it again.
Thanks

Didn't you mean to say 100 GB?
