Now THIS is a nightmare client

Man suing photographer wants wedding recreated, despite divorce
A great example that creative businesses should provide very clear language in their contracts! I'm glad the judge is throwing most of it out, but I'm still pretty shocked they're allowing the breach-of-contract claim.
Wow!

The marriage probably ended because his wife was probably tired of hearing it and divorced him. Sucks H&H can't escape in the same manner. 15 minutes of a party you're complaining about? Christ.
I'm suing my parents videographer. He caught my bad side when I came out of the birth canal. The suit requires that he recreate the moment exactly as it first occurred.
my primary work is video and this is exactly why i repeatedly decline EVERY request i get to shoot a wedding.
Most of it is ridiculous, but the breach of contract sounds like he has a case, since the photographer botched an important part of the wedding. Guy doesn't want his money back though, he wants to be a dick since his mail order bride didn't work out.
PS: Art got taken down by a spammer.
A "spammer" selling "coupons"?
And if you believe THAT one...
It's not me if that's what you're implying. If I was going to go through a convoluted scheme to impersonate a spammer just to insult you with, I would probably not include a signature which includes my own name in it.
Weddings sure do seem to be scary territory for photographers and videographers.
