I am not to fond of the logo... the U and N are too strong. I can't really read "urban" that well. I don't mind the imagery, it is very nice. But the intagration of the logo with the image is poor. It looks like the two levels ARE two levels... I think you need more intagration between those two levels.
When you make all of the letters of urban similar, then you might need to add some kind of little icon or something, because unless you have a kickass type solution for the co name (like urban outfitters) you will need something else.
I was having problems finding a place to put the logo; and yes the logo needs reworked. It's the same one I had back in gd2 and I haven't tried to modify it. This was a project inspired by the photo that I used. I'm thinking I still need to grey back the grafitti becaus it's still a bit in competition with the logo (whatever that may be). I was hoping to use the grafitti as a leading line... back to work... thanx dave
The logo needs a bit of work here, maybe you could get a graffiti font instead, and perhaps there should be a smoother transition to the black-and-white part on the back.

Hope it helps.

If you redo the logo, it may be cool to try to make it in a graffiti style. Don't use a font, just draw. ;)
Wow! That's a very depressive image. :) What if you put the logo in big on the wall as if it was a graffiti?
Great idea!

FILTER FRENZIE :D
I didn't use a single filter on this poster
I'd try just using the photo in black and white and just adjusting the levels a bit. Then, when you are re-working the logo add some colour to it ;).
I'm trying to deconstruct
i'd use subway for the font
